Laconia Home w/ Beach - 1/2 Mi to Weirs Beach

The house is beautiful and conveniently located to so much. What a wonderful touch the hosts did with the beautiful welcoming of flowers, wine, a thank you card and instructions to the home. Beautifully done!

Great spot House was very clean and everything was in great condition

There are 2 minor things I would consider not overly likable but definitely not a deal breaker. The couch was ok but I have a lazy boy so hard to compare. A light on the sign at the end of driveway because for the first few days I drove past it but very minimal problem. Other than that great place and location. Would recommend and go back without any thought about it.

Great location, pool area was nice, and a lovely view of the lake.

Beds were not the best. Mattresses didn’t all fit on the beds properly and probably could be replaced. Not enough towels and no wash cloths, which I thought was odd. Master bedroom quilt was stained and should be replaced too. Also, the upstairs bathroom fan needs a good cleaning. The upstairs tub I think was a replacement over the old tub and made a lot of noise and seemed like it just was uneven on the bottom.
