Settle into comfortable long-term living in Freeport's Owl's Head Farms. This spacious single-story, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is offered completely unfurnished, allowing residents to furnish and arrange the home to fit their needs.

Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their government issued IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

The home features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, large kitchen island, pantry, covered outdoor space, and approximately 2,035 square feet of living space.

Appliances are included. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, and the home will also include an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please note: This home is fully unfurnished. No beds, bedroom furniture, living room furniture, dining furniture, or other household furnishings are provided.

The home is being offered for long-term occupancy rather than as a traditional short-term vacation rental. Furnishings are limited to the bedroom arrangements listed above, so prospective tenants should plan accordingly when preparing for their stay.

Parking:

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles, with space for 2 vehicles in the driveway and 2 vehicles in the garage.

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
