This fully renovated and air-conditioned house welcomes you to Rigny-Ussé, just a few minutes from the Château d'Ussé, famous for having inspired the tale of Sleeping Beauty.
It has direct private access to the Indre, ideal for enjoying the river: swimming, paddleboarding, or launching a boat, canoe or kayak are possible on site, with the possibility of mooring (equipment not provided).PGJyPg
PGJyPgThe house is spread over two levels (1st and 2nd floor), the first floor being a private garage not accessible to travellers. Access is only via a staircase; the accommodations are therefore difficult to access for people with reduced mobility.
On the first floor: the kitchen, the living / dining room, bedroom 1, with a double bed (160 cm) and its private bathroom (shower and sink), as well as a separate toilet.
The kitchen, very well equipped with its central island, opens onto the living room for convivial moments. It has an American fridge/freezer with fresh water dispenser, a bistro-style bean coffee machine, an ice maker, a popcorn machine, a toaster, a microwave, a traditional oven, a hob, a dishwasher and an electric kettle.
The living/dining room is equipped with a giant screen TV with Orange channels, the fireplace is not functional.
Upstairs: bedroom 2, with a double bed (160 cm) and its private bathroom (shower and sink); bedroom 3, with two single beds (90 cm); and bedroom 4, with a double bed (160 cm). Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a sink, as well as a separate toilet.
The house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Beds are made on arrival, and towels are provided according to the number of guests.
The garden is equipped with garden furniture with chairs, deckchairs, a plancha and a brazier at the water's edge, as well as a table tennis table and a football goal. Free parking is available on site and on the street.
Rigny-Ussé is a village on the banks of the Indre River, located between Tours and Saumur, a stone's throw from the Château d'Ussé. You are also less than 20 minutes from the castles of Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon and Langeais, and at the gateway to the vineyards of Chinon and Bourgueil.
