Designed for stays with several people, it offers beautiful volumes where everyone finds their place: large spaces to meet, cook together, share a dinner around a large table, chat, play or simply enjoy a quiet stay, while maintaining enough space to never feel cramped. Its history, its character, its neat decoration and the quality of its equipment give it a warm and welcoming atmosphere in all seasons.

The house is also an excellent starting point to discover the region: Bourgueil AOC vineyards, Langeais, Rigny-Ussé, Chinon fortress and the many Loire castles around.

Close to the Bourgueil appellation and the Loire castles and in the heart of the village of Benais (bakery, grocery store), this charming residence with a capacity of 10 people is the ideal place to visit Touraine. House classified 4 ears / 3 stars.

You will enter through an interior courtyard and have direct access to the large main kitchen with its family dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, Nespresso + Tassimo pod coffee maker and kettle) and will seduce you with its decorative elements that have marked the history of this house.

The first part of the house, the most historic (16th century), is accessible from the kitchen and is composed of:
- on the first floor: a TV lounge, a dining table;
- upstairs: the Pierre de Ronsard bedroom with queenzise double bed 160; the Honoré de Balzac bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190; a bathroom with shower and toilet.
You will find storage for clothes in the bedrooms.

The second part of the house includes the spacious living rooms and is also accessible directly from the kitchen by a few steps:
- a large living-dining room (16th century room) around its monumental fireplace (not operational);
- a majestic table for convivial meals, with a view of the large garden;
- a library lounge with TV opening onto the large garden. An ideal space for reading or drinking tea;
- three spacious bedrooms, each of which has been carefully decorated with a 160 queensize bed, storage for clothes:
- the Leonardo da Vinci room with its non-operational fireplace and exposed 16th century beams;
- the Eleanor of Aquitaine room with its non-operational fireplace (19th century), its old terracotta tiles;
- the Anne of Brittany room with its non-operational fireplace (19th century) and its shepherdess;
- three bathrooms worthy of a decoration magazine: equipped with shower and toilet.

On sunny days, you can also enjoy the very large garden with trees, the garden furniture, the deckchairs and the barbecue to share lunches, aperitifs and long evenings outside.
