Help yourself to the oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus a fridge and freezer with space for your groceries. There's a dishwasher (nobody likes washing up ?), pots, pans, a baking sheet and the basics like oil, salt and pepper. Plates, bowls, cups and cutlery are all there, and there's a dining table so you can sit down and enjoy your meal properly ?️
? Bathroom and laundry
Plenty of hot water, and we leave out shampoo, conditioner, body soap and shower gel for you ? Fresh towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper are always included. There's a washing machine and a drying rack for your clothes ? — and a laundromat nearby too, if you need it.
? Balcony
There's a shared balcony with outdoor furniture — honestly, a morning coffee out there is the best way to start the day ☕?️

There's a lift in the building ? (a blessing with heavy suitcases), free street parking right nearby ?, a smoke alarm for peace of mind ?, and fast Wi-Fi throughout ?

You're beautifully connected here. Sunshine Station is a short walk away — around 20 minutes into Melbourne CBD and Southern Cross, with regional trains to Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong too ? Sunshine Plaza and Sunshine Marketplace have everything you need for shopping and groceries ?️ And the food along Hampshire Rd is a real treat — Vietnamese, Ethiopian, Italian, Middle Eastern bakeries and some lovely little cafés ? Sunshine Hospital ? and Victoria University ? are both just minutes away.
? What you can use
Your private bedroom is all yours, and you're welcome to use the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, living area and balcony. You can also drop your bags off before check-in or after check-out ? — arrive early or leave late and explore Melbourne hands-free. Staying a while? Long stays of 28 nights or more are very welcome ?
