About this apartment rental
93-square-meter vacation rental in a quiet location, on a detached, fenced-in lot, with parking in front of the house and a private, furnished garden area with a grill. Living room with TV, large dining area, and desk. 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. 2 bathrooms: 1 bathroom with a large family-sized tub. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, and microwave. Washing machine and baby crib available. Children and dogs welcome.
Vacation Rental:
Our “Küstenfee” vacation rental is located on the mezzanine level of a detached house. It is generously sized and features insect screens, blinds, and heating in all rooms. The first bedroom, “Ankerplatz,” features a large double bed, a spacious closet, and a small sitting area. A crib can be set up here.
The second bedroom, “Strandhütte,” features a double bed and a large closet. The room is located in the quiet, rear area and is very cozily furnished.
The third bedroom, “Küstenkinder,” features two large single beds, a dresser, and a play area. This room can be used as an additional bedroom for adults.
The spacious living room features an extendable dining table that seats up to 8 people, a cozy sitting area, and a workspace. There’s a TV, a Blu-ray player, and a selection of books to browse through.
The first bathroom features a large tub, which can also be used as a shower. The second bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. Both bathrooms offer plenty of space and storage.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fully automatic coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is a seating area for 2–3 people. The bright hallway features a spacious dressing area, a shoe rack, an armchair, and a dog run. All rooms are bright and have been recently renovated. In the fenced-in garden, guests will find lounge chairs, various seating options, and a parasol. Here, you can play, barbecue, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. The flower and herb beds contain many edible plants. A grill is available for our guests’ use. There is ample parking available at the front of the property. The hosts live on the property.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 20:00, and check-out is from 08:00 to 10:00.
