Please keep in mind that these homes are located in a secluded area. For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle, this is a wonderful location to relax and reconnect. We would also like to make you aware that this is a newer subdivision, so you may notice some ongoing construction nearby. We do not anticipate this impacting your stay but want to be fully transparent.

Whether your group is gathering everyone together for meals or splitting into smaller groups for games, movies, or conversation, there is a space for everyone to enjoy.

Outside Space

Step outside and enjoy everything Sunset Lake has to offer. Walk to the sandy beach, spend the afternoon kayaking or paddle boarding, enjoy family cookouts on either grill, or gather around one of the two fire pits as the sun goes down. With two neighboring lakefront properties, your group will have ample outdoor space to relax, play, and create unforgettable memories together.

* Please be aware that both homes are equipped with exterior security cameras at the front entrances. The Lumber Lounge also has a camera above the garage. These cameras record both video and audio.
* Both homes are equipped with Minut noise awareness devices located near the stairwells.
* Guests will not have access to the locked storage or mechanical rooms in either home.

House Rules

- We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this may be your vacation time, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
- Please understand that there is NO lifeguard on duty while swimming.
- This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping in the home. There will be a $250 fine if any substance use has been used and extra cleaning services are needed.
- We love animals but we chose to make this home pet-free due to many people being allergic, please respect that. If the pet is a service animal please feel free to share papers/documentation. If any signs of a pet were found upon departure and extra cleaning services are needed there will be a $250 charge added.
- We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later.
- Should it be observed that there are additional guests above and beyond the listed limit for the home, guest will be charged an additional $50 per guest above the limit

- PLEASE NOTE: A $250 SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD WILL BE PLACED, FOR THE DURATION OF YOUR STAY, ON YOUR CREDIT CARD USED FOR THE BOOKING. BY CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION, YOU AGREE TO THIS HOLD BEING PLACED.
- ALL GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN S1NERGY STAYS' RENTAL CONTRACT PRIOR TO THEIR RESERVATION. YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT IN ORDER TO RECEIVE ALL CHECK-IN INFORMATION.
