No weeds, gentle slope into the lake, shades area for little ones with sand toys, trampoline with launcher, two swim decks, peddle boat, adult and kid kayaks, stand up paddle boards and loungers to relax. This place has it all!

Step out onto the expansive deck and soak in the breathtaking lake views. Fire up the natural gas grill for a barbecue feast, gather around the fire table for cozy evenings under the stars, or simply relax at the large Polywood table with seating for 15 on the deck. A few steps away, you'll find a 6-person hot tub overlooking the lake, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

This home comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests. We rented Sugar Sand Beach House for a family holiday gathering, and our stay was absolutely wonderful. The accommodations were exceptional, and communication with the hosts was outstanding. They truly thought of everything we might need. There were plenty of towels for everyone including extras for the hot tub, cozy fleece blankets, and stocked toiletries.The spacious, very well stocked kitchen made it easy for several of us to cook together, and the additional refrigerator in the basement was a huge plus. We had two small children in our group and were pleasantly surprised to find high chairs, a pack and play, and even a step stool in the bathroom.Although we booked our stay in November, we can also imagine how perfect this home would be for a summer vacation as well. Thank you for providing such a comfortable place for our family to get together.

This property is first class all the way from outfitting the kitchen to the furnishings to all the inside and outside activities! Absolutely wonderful and beautiful!We did have a hiccup checking in as Vrbo apparently had the check-in and checkout times reversed on their listing but the cleaner was more than kind in resolving the situation. The only very minor thing we found was that face washcloths were missing. Other than that, young and old had a great time!

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It was a perfect getaway for our group of friends for the weekend. I highly recommend this property for a nice lake weekend.
