About this house rental
Stretch your legs, relax and breath in the country air in this spacious luxury home. "House in the Woods" is located on 5 wooded acres between Lake Geneva, Como and Williams Bay. This home has undergone extensive remodeling and can be customized to suit your group. The house has a total of 12 bedrooms and 9 full bathrooms. Since not every group needs 12 bedrooms, we have adjustable rates depending on the number of bedrooms you need, with a minimum of eight. Please inquire for the discounted rate for fewer than 12 bedrooms (Discount not available June-August). We don't believe in "dormitory" bedrooms or bunk beds, trying to squeeze too many "heads in beds". These bedrooms are huge, each has a flat screen TV, most have their own bathrooms and there is ample room to feel at home.
The upper floor offers 2 large bedrooms with 4 twin beds each, a full bath, fireplace and outside deck for each. The main floor has an open living room/dining room, furnished for your comfort with a large leather sectional. No detail has been spared and this is a great place for large groups to mingle without feeling crowded. Enjoy the massive 75 inch TV in the "tree house" -our vaulted 3 season porch. The chefs kitchen, with 2 ovens and 2 refrigerators, is fully stocked for 30 people with all the dishware, and cookware you will need to enjoy showing off your culinary skills. The dining tables can be extended and there are additional chairs for seating. The Four bedrooms on the main floor include the King suite with jetted tub and shower, fireplace and outside deck access. the King ADA accessible suite with large walk in shower and fireplace, a Queen bedroom and double Twin bedroom that share a full bathroom. The lower walk out level offers an additional TV/game room with large sectional (great "hang out " room for kids). There are two King bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, two King bedrooms that share a bathroom and another King and Queen bedroom that share a bathroom. Our outside space is equally enjoyable with gas grill, custom block patio and fire pit, multiple decks and acres of privacy for your exploration. This property is the perfect venue for your wedding party, family reunion, golf outing or any reason for getting your friends together. The house is minutes from Lake Geneva, Lake Como, Williams Bay and Geneva National. After a full day of activities, you may not want to leave, but in case do, we also provide 4 dedicated free parking spots in downtown Lake Geneva for our guests, so you don't need to hassle with paying or finding convenient parking.

The kitchen was great. We did not cook, but appreciated the multiple coffee pots and all the cups and glasses. This was a get together of adult siblings and spouses. The room sizes were great to accommodate all of us in one room.

This property is perfect for our family reunions.. There are 19 adults and a one and a half year old. These accommodations are great because it allows us to spread out and be able to get some rest time if we need it and also plenty of areas for us to play large group games. This was our fifth year of coming to this property and we all love it.

We had a great time at House in the Woods for our annual reunion. Loved having all the bedrooms and bathrooms and NO BUNK BEDS!!! It did sleep our group very comfortably.
