The association’s Tenant Evaluation system handles the application documents, fees, e-signatures, background screening and Board approval process.

$150 Application Fee that is directly processed through the HOA. This process is specifically designed to check criminal background. If you do not believe you will pass the tenant screening, please do not book this listing as there is no way getting around it. If you fail the background screening, you will lose your security deposit.
