The home was a very roomy place for me and my friends especially for a 2bd home we spent a lot of time out in the pool/hot tub area even sometimes into the early morning hours but kept it quiet and respectful and never had any problems with any of the neighbors but like I said we made sure to keep the neighbors peace in mind at all times, the only thing I would say is if you’re going to try and pull a full sized suv into the garage it’s quite literally going to take up the whole garage but I wouldn’t even say that’s a negative because we just parked in the driveway most of the time just something to keep in mind overall 10/10 experience

We had a very nice time st this property. We are a family of five and this house was comfortable for that size family. If your looking for an updated home this is not it. This is not to say we didnt have a nice time because we had fun together. The area to let your pet out is fine but the neighbors fence is falling do make sure you have a leash. The pool is nice and warm. We did not have to pay for heat. The hot tub was nice as well. But a couple of things I felt were important to know but understand why I was not informed. The ant population is pretty significant. We were able to heavily spray inside and out and didnt see any for the rest of our stay. Also if you bring a pet, at night there are Palm Rats who climb around the house and live in the trees. They did not bother us and the pool was covered but we were startled. They will travel on the roof as well. They are common for the area. We were comfortable in the home but felt it lacked updates. The hideabeds need new mattresses. Even my kids weren't happy so we put mattresses on floor to help with comfort. There are plenty of extra bedding and towels and the water was good with temperatures. All in all the house was okay but wished it had more attention for improvements.

We wish you would've reached out to the guest contact during your stay as they would've been more than happy to address your concerns. Additionally, neither past guests or neighbors have ever seen rats in the area. We can confirm the fencing was just replaced and the mattresses are less than two years old with new foam toppers.
