4 Mi to Dog Beach: Largo Home w/ Pool & Hot Tub!

Nos encantó!!! Una casa con personalidad y muchos detalles, era como si fuera nuestro hogar. Muy muy cómoda, la pileta todo excelente.

Es una apreciación con la intención de sumar, yo le pondría black out a las habitaciones porque entra mucha claridad y estando de vacaciones, no queríamos despertarnos temprano y con la luz que entraba era inevitable.

We arrived late but had no problem getting into the house with the provided code. The house was inviting with a touch of Christmas decoration. The rooms were clean and extra towels and blankets were easy to find. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the appliances necessary. Hand and dish soap was provided in the bathrooms and kitchen, along with essential cleaning products. We did not use the pool or the hot tub, but the patio was just lovely. We truly enjoyed staying at this house.

It took us some time to find the right light switches. Other than that I really have no complaints.

The neighborhood is quiet although this house is one house away from a busy street. The pool is the perfect size for three people. The kitchen has lots of dishes and cooking implements. The location is convenient to many beaches and has grocery shopping close by. The outdoor eating area is a nice feature. There are lots of seating areas throughout the space so that a larger group could have time apart from others.

The house desperately needs a deep clean, a coat of paint, a set of towels, and some TLC. Almost every towel in the house was stained in some manner and there were just enough available for the three of us, some of which were in the dryer when we arrived. The house had not been cleaned enough from the last guests which we were told left the place a mess. There was a spilled container of M&Ms under our bed and ants in the bedroom, cigarette butts on the pool deck, the ice maker wasn't functional, there were ants all over the kitchen, no cleaning spray, the pool had not been cleaned for our arrival and most pieces of upholstered furniture was dirty or stained. The grill had dirty tongs on it. The pillows in the master bedroom need to be replaced. The window coverings in both bedrooms had stains on them and needed to be replaced. We spent time everyday wiping surfaces down that had spills, leftover food from previous occupants, and spent one evening fixing the ice maker. Many of the pool toys have holes or are broken and the outdoor cushions all need a cleaning/thrown in the washer. The fridge had broken pieces and the top rack on the dishwasher was broken. In the master bedroom, one of the electrical outlets is missing a faceplate which is dangerous with children. Overall, the vacation didn't feel restful because it didn't feel like the house had been prepared for a guest stay.
