Access to the Gulf was fantastic! There were great sunsets on the Gulf-side patio with lounge chairs. Bob's communication was excellent, with quick responses to any questions or requests. Residents were friendly and invited us to social gatherings. The condo was well equipped.

Bob is very easy to work with. His condo is clean and well-equipped for his guests. It was just as described. He was available for any questions. We highly recommend him and his property.

We have just spent our 3rd year at Bob & Stephanies lovely condo on the Gulf. The third year was just as spectacular as the first two. Maybe even better, because the weather was so great! There really are no negatives to write about the condo, everything was a positive wonderful experience. The condo is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy the beach. The amenities for living are just like being at home. We already are looking forward to our 4th year on the Gulf. Thanks Bob & Stephanie for another wonderful year.
