About this apartment rental
Located on the top (8th) floor of Clyde House, a secure building with lift access, this single-level apartment pairs bold, eclectic styling with artistic flair, right in the heart of Melbourne. The living area invites you to unwind, whether you’re curling up with a book, watching a film on the 42-inch TV, or simply enjoying a quiet evening with rooftop views and glimpses of the city skyline. Vintage furnishings and sculptural details add charm, while large windows bathe the home in natural light.
Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring a Nespresso machine, oven, stove, microwave, fridge and all the essentials for home cooking. A breakfast bar with stools makes the perfect spot for a relaxed meal or morning espresso.
As night falls, retreat to one of two bohemian-inspired bedrooms, each styled with city views, clothing storage and distinctive decor. The primary bedroom offers a king-size latex bed and a sculptural wooden chair, while the second features a double bed. After a day exploring the CBD, pamper yourself in the full bathroom with a walk-in shower, complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. A washer, dryer and iron are provided for added convenience.
Portable Dyson fans offer flexible heating and cooling. While there's no on-site parking, paid options are five minutes away at Greenco Parking. With a Free Tram Zone stop just steps from the building, a car likely won’t be necessary for getting around the city.
The apartment is designed with the best practice sustainability principles by RHB Studio. A portion of every booking will be donated to the Fred Hollows Foundation.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
