About this apartment rental
Tucked within a character-filled, 1920s building on iconic Flinders Street, this tri-level apartment offers a distinctive NYC-style layout with layered spaces and city views. Reach the lower level via lift, where the living area welcomes you with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a relaxed setting to unwind. The dining area sits alongside, creating an easy flow for meals and conversation, while split-system heating and cooling ensure comfort throughout the year. The kitchen is positioned on this level and is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it ideal for both short and extended stays.
Upstairs, you'll find the double bedroom first, followed by the bathroom and then the queen bedroom. Both bedrooms are fitted with comfortable bedding, storage, and climate control, and each offers direct access to the bathroom for added convenience. The bathroom is modern and well-appointed, complete with a shower and quality finishes. A private laundry with a washer and dryer is also included.
A spiral staircase connects both levels, adding architectural character, while attic-style stairs lead to the rooftop terrace. This outdoor space is a true highlight, offering sweeping views across Melbourne’s skyline, including the distinctive domes of the Forum Theatre—perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink. You'll be exceptionally well connected, with Flinders Street Station, trams, and bus routes just moments from the building, making it easy to get around without a car.
Please note that due to the spiral and attic-style stairs, the layout may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues, and care should be taken when using them.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
Federation Square, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the Yarra River are all within a five-minute stroll, while Hosier Lane—famous for its street art—is right nearby. A short walk will take you to the National Gallery of Victoria, Southbank Promenade, and the Arts Centre, while Chinatown and Melbourne’s historic arcades are also within easy reach. Whether you’re here for food, culture, or exploring hidden laneways, this location puts it all at your doorstep.
