Courtyard & garden
You approach the house via a local road and pass by the front of the house with beautiful craftsman dry stone walls with built in raised flower bed and shed.
The entrance is large and brings you to a courtyard and elevated garden with a panoramic view of the bay, island, mountains & countryside.
The electric car charging port is to the rear of the house.
Ocean access
At the Ocean is the original home to a family of 9 who relocated to the 'new house' in 1950's.
The house and shed are now derelict. Beside the house we have built a viewing/BBQ area to enjoy the view.
There is a gate to the Ocean which has a horse shoe dry wall to provide a safe place to enjoy at the waters edge.
