About this house rental

Peaceful retreat in the heart of Connemara. The house is a 3-minute drive up a country lane off the main Spiddal to Carraroe road. Newly refurbished and surrounded by mature trees, the house is a perfect base for the Aran Islands, with Rossaveel ferry only a 5 minute drive away. Or take a trip to Connemara National Park. Or jump in the sea in one of the many local beaches.

Our stay here was so relaxing and beautiful. We had a short drive into Galway, spent a beautiful day there and got to come home to a clean, relaxing, calm retreat. It is exactly as it is described. Our last night, it was a little chilly, and although there were directions for the heat, we chose to build a little fire in the wood burning stove. We used the laundry facilities. We enjoyed warm showers, and relaxed while we watched a movie together. We will be back.

Lovely home in a beautiful and quiet location. Everything we needed and more. The host was fantastic, so attentive. She even started a fire for us before we got there. Highly recommend
