About this house rental
New 4BR, 3.5BA home with 2 master suites & rec room with ping pong. Walk to downtown Lincolnville restaurants, coffee shops, Flagler College & attractions. Just 10–15 min drive to St. Augustine & Vilano Beach. Modern comfort meets historic charm for the perfect getaway!

Located in historic Lincolnville just a short walk from the heart of downtown St. Augustine.
Guests have access to the entire home minus a locked closet.
Parking - Two vehicles will fit in the driveway/gravel comfortably. Three can fit depending on size. Street parking is allowed but space is limited and we recommend utilizing the driveway/gravel as much as possible. There is a curb bumper kept behind the fence next to the AC units that you may use if needed. Please keep it behind the fence when not in use.

Beautiful property with tons of space! Centrally located around amazing restaurants, we were able to leave our vehicle parked at the property and walk everywhere! Minutes walk from the Ice Plant, and Historic downtown area. Ping pong table was an amazing addition to the space! 10/10 would stay again and again!
