About this house rental
Enjoy a modern stay at this centrally-located 3 bedroom townhouse with private garage parking that’s within a block from iconic restaurants like Serafina and Son of a Butcher, boutique retail/coffee/boba-tea shops, and the iconic Zoo Tavern. Need to get to downtown, hop on the 20min Metro bus ride, or by a 10min Ride Share.
Enjoy the historical Lake Union shoreline by walking by the house boats near Lynn St Park and the site of Boeing’s first airplane flight at the Roanoke Street Mini Park.
The space
This 3 bedroom modern townhouse features a private balcony with views of the Seattle downtown skyline including the top of the Space Needle and Queen Anne, and private garage sized for a full-size SUV.
A home that’s great for groups of 6 to call home base, guests will find comfort with the plush towels, guests will find utility with a touch of lux when they see and use the home’s two newly remodeled full bathrooms, stocked with clean plush towels and a hair dryer, and an updated kitchen that’s stocked for your cooking convenience. The home has AC in the living room and master bedroom, and two tower fans for the two bedrooms on the first floor. See the Amenities section for a full list.
The home has high speed internet (w/ fast upload) that‘s is great for guests to video conference (e.g. Zoom calls) while being able to stream 4K content.
Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire house and private garage (with exception to the closet in the master bathroom).
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
Guests should not and cannot park anywhere in the alley (except short periods for loading/unloading in front of the home’s fencing when checking in or checking out), or in front of any other homes. We want to reduce the amount of disruption with our neighbors and expect our guests to respect our neighbors and their property. Thank you.

Eastlake is a special neighborhood, sometimes called an urban village, because of how safe it is compared with nearby neighborhoods (e.g. South Lake Union, Westlake, Capitol Hill, and the University of Washington District. The condo is perfectly situated to take advantage of all Seattle has to offer. It is well appointed, very clean and communication with Kenny was responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.
