- The top floor hosts the spacious primary suite, featuring two full beds, a walk-in closet with custom shelving, and an ensuite bath with dual sinks and a large glass shower.
- Climb one more level to the rooftop deck - a private retreat with a dining set and stunning views of the Seattle skyline. Savor your coffee at sunrise or unwind at sunset as the city lights shimmer over Queen Anne.

-Our townhome has a built in mini split heating and air conditioning unit on the ground floor and in the primary suite on the top floor.
-The 2nd (middle) floor DOES NOT have A/C
- This townhome sits on a lively city street, so you may hear passing cars or daytime activity typical of an urban neighborhood. Evenings are usually calm and quiet, offering a peaceful night’s rest.
- One assigned compact parking spot is provided for your stay. Free street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis, but should not be expected at all times.
Guest access
- Guests will have access to the entire house with private entrance. One assigned compact parking spot is included and located at the side of the townhome building.

【Key House Rules】:
• The regular nightly rate covers up to 6 guests. All reservations must indicate an accurate number of people who will be staying in the home and only the numbers of guests indicated can stay the night.
. Noise Ordinance
The City of Seattle enforces a noise ordinance from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekdays and 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM on weekends and legal holidays. Please respect our neighbors and the community by keeping noise to a minimum during these quiet hours.
• Strictly NO PARTIES and EVENTS, NO Smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including rooftop . $500 fine per violation.
• Smart Lock Access:
The property is equipped with a smart lock for easy and secure self check-in. Guests will receive a unique access code before arrival.
- One Ring doorbell camera located at the front door entrance for exterior use only.
• No animals are allowed on the property. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Dispose trash in the right bins
Guests are kindly asked to sort garbage and recyclables into the appropriate bins located in the fenced common garbage container spot next to the parking space. Please DO NOT throw garbage into any of the neighbor's bins. If you’re unsure where items go, simply leave them inside the house. Our cleaning crew will handle disposal.
