For stays longer than 10 days, we require a mid-stay home cleaning for an additional $180. For stays longer than 20 days, we will require two mid-stay home cleanings for $180/each.

**Additional Important Details**
• There is one parking spot for a single small/mid size vehicle, and we provide a parking pass that allows for street parking.
• The home does not have an iron or steamer, but the dryer has a steam function.
• This dwelling is a townhome and is not designed to accommodate individuals with disabilities. Guests should be comfortable with staircases, as there are multiple levels. Refer to the above description for the detailed layout by floor.
• While we consider our home to be suitable for children and families, please be aware that it is not child-proofed. Kindly ensure that children are supervised at all times.
• Beginning October 1st, the rooftop will be winterized as the weather shifts. You’re welcome to enjoy it on sunny days, but please re-secure it once rain begins. This means covering the furniture and taking the umbrella down after use so it doesn't fly away.
• This home sits in the heart of Capitol Hill, a lively, walkable urban neighborhood where guests should expect the energy—and the realities of city living—that come with a busy area.

**House Rules**
• Absolutely NO parties or events (resulting in a $500 fine), adhere to quiet hours between 10pm-8am, refrain from smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces, refrain from engaging in digital piracy, and kindly remove shoes before entering the home.
• NO pets allowed. Failure to adhere to our pet free space will result in a $500 fine.
