THE SPACE

Thoughtfully designed for families, couples, and groups, the home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite, a comfortable queen bedroom, a sofa bed, and a crib for little ones.

The spa-inspired primary suite offers spectacular lake and golf course views, an oversized two-person walk-in shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and a television so you can truly unwind. A second luxurious bathroom features an oversized marble shower, while the elegant powder room showcases soaring ceilings. Every toilet is equipped with a premium smart bidet, and the entire home features filtered water throughout—even the toilets.

Designed for entertaining, the expansive first floor includes:

• A grand living room with three fireplaces
• A stunning sunroom featuring a Baby Grand piano and two guitars for guests to enjoy
• A spacious formal dining room with a custom Brazilian live-edge dining table that seats up to 10 guests
• An oversized chef's kitchen fully equipped for everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners

Guests may also enjoy heated access to the private pool and spa for an additional fee (see "Other Things to Note"). Unheated pool use is included at no additional charge.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests enjoy exclusive use of approximately 3,000 square feet of the main residence and all designated guest spaces.

Please note that the property includes a completely separate attached lower-level ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) with its own private entrance, driveway, and living quarters, which may be occupied during your stay. The ADU does not share any interior living space with the guest accommodations, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy within your reserved guest quarters. The lower-level unit remains locked and inaccessible to guests.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Thank you for choosing to stay in our family home. We hope your visit is filled with relaxation, adventure, and lasting memories.

HEATED POOL & SPA | Heated pool and spa access is available for $150 per day for each day of your reservation. Requests must be made at least 3 days before check-in. Last-minute requests may be accommodated, subject to availability, for $300 per day. Guests may enjoy the pool at its natural temperature at no additional charge.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS | Please contact the host for approval before booking if you plan to host any event or gathering.

REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY | Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $172 per guest, per night for the duration of the reservation.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE | Our gardener and pool technician may visit on weekends for routine exterior maintenance. Every effort is made to minimize any disruption.

NATURE & WILDLIFE | Please keep doors and windows closed when not in use and remove food from outdoor areas to help prevent insects and local wildlife from entering the home.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN | A retractable baby gate is available near the staircase. Children should always be supervised around fireplaces, stairs, balconies, the pool, and the spa.

• No pets permitted.
• Please observe quiet hours and respect our neighbors from 10PM-8AM.
• Treat our family home with the same care and respect you would your own.
