The Space:

This thoughtfully laid-out estate spans two levels, offering plenty of space and comfort for the whole group.



On the main floor, the luxurious primary suite features a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and walk-in closet, your own private sanctuary. Two additional bedrooms each offer a Queen bed, while a fourth bedroom is outfitted with two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds, perfect for kids or extra guests. The main floor also boasts a spacious living room, a billiard room with a pool table, and a dining area, ideal for gathering and entertaining. Step outside onto the deck and unwind by the fire pit under the California sky.



Downstairs, the fun never stops, enjoy a fully equipped fitness center, a private movie theater complete with a bar, snack bar, and popcorn machine for the ultimate cinema nights, a full mini kitchen, and additional sleeping quarters including two Queen-over-Queen bunk beds and a separate bedroom with a Queen bed, giving you all the flexibility you need to host a large group in style.

** We have a STRICT no party policy. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Sunday through Thursday, and 11pm to 8am Friday and Saturday. Any noise complaint or violation of this can result in a $1,000 fine and cancellation of stay. The pool, hot tub, and other outdoor amenities cannot be used during quiet hours**.



🏊 Pool Rules & Guidelines



To ensure the safety of our guests and the proper maintenance of our pool, please observe the following rules at all times:



🤖 Pool robot/vacuum — Please do NOT remove the pool robot/vacuum from the pool under any circumstances without prior permission from our team. Unauthorized removal may result in damage to the filtration system and additional fees.

🌡️ Spa/jacuzzi — Please ensure the spa is turned off when not in use. This helps maintain the system and conserve energy for all guests.

🍷 No glass near the pool — For the safety of all guests, glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers only.

⚙️ Pool system — Please do NOT touch, adjust, or tamper with the pool system, controls, valves, or equipment without explicit permission from our team. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you right away.

⚠️ Please note: Failure to comply with any of the above pool rules will result in a fine of $1,000. Our pool maintenance team will conduct a thorough inspection and will determine whether any of the stated rules have been violated during your stay.
