Other Things to Note:
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• The pool is not heated and cannot be heated. The hot tub is available for guest use and can be enjoyed throughout your stay.
• For safety reasons, the water slide adjacent to the pool is not operational and should not be used.
• There is an outdoor security camera facing the pool area. Guests are welcome to temporarily cover the camera while using the pool or spa if they would like additional privacy. Please uncover the camera when finished.
• This home is located in a peaceful, natural setting near open space and wildlife habitats. As with many properties in North County San Diego, guests may occasionally encounter local wildlife in the outdoor areas, including insects, spiders, rodents, lizards, or other native animals. We regularly maintain the property, but nature is part of the experience in this beautiful location.
• The grounds are filled with mature trees and lush landscaping that contribute to the property's beauty and privacy. While the landscaping is professionally maintained on a regular basis, leaves may occasionally accumulate on outdoor furniture, especially during windy conditions. A leaf blower is available in the garage should guests wish to tidy the outdoor spaces during their stay.

When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
