Welcome to the Franklin at Clarks Bay, a stunning coastal haven in Lewisham defined by space, natural light, and captivating water views.
Positioned in the sought-after Southern Beaches region, this home serves as the perfect base to enjoy relaxed seaside living within easy reach of Hobart and the Tasman Peninsula.

Local Stops: Convenient access to Eaglehawk Neck, pristine beaches, and the Richmond and Coal River Valley wine regions.
A wooden ramp at the front (next to the driveway leading to the front door access on the side of the property) provides mobility access throughout the ground floor and to the back patio.
While the ground floor areas can be accessed with a wheelchair, the bathroom shower is not mobility accessible. There are also no handrails or handles for disability assistance.
Stairs are at the end of the patio at the back of the house, leading to the garden overlooking the water.
Two guitars elevated on the wall or the staircase are out of bounds and for display only.
Guests can use the acoustic Spanish guitar on the living room floor with care.
