Peaceful location with stunning views, very clean, super comfortable bed, excellent amenities and all the little extra touches like breakfast supplies including coffee pods.
Gas bottle on BBQ ran out half way through cooking, however was able to finish off in kitchenette (stove top!) This didn't affect our overall stay which we were very happy with.

This property exceeded expectations. 3 rental properties on a beautiful quiet piece of land with tropical birds visiting the garden with a family of rabbits. The bed was comfy, the room was spotless, there were nice wee food provisions for breakfast to get you started.

Generous selection of food and drink was supplied. The garden area very relaxing with the birds around in a morning and afternoon. We enjoyed our stay, very comfortable and friendly staff.
Really needs a light in the parking area, as the ground is a bit rough. As seniors it was a worry.

Great place to stay, really nice inside and out and lots of extra little touches! Good location for Hobart, Tasman National Park & Maria Island! The complimentary breakfast snacks were extra lovely!
