Location.
The bed linen needed an upgrade.
Pillows, sheets looked tired.
Doona covers very grey.
Shack could benefit from some new linen sheets for double beds.
No paper or firelighters to set a fire.
Heater needs an upgrade.
Plastic plants could go.
Replace with some greenery from outside.
Lovely living & dining.
Outside of house needed a big sweep & hose down on patio & rake down the back.
Fix broken wall near tire.

I chose this house purely for the location. The house itself is not new but has been tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the fireplace, and the kitchen had everything we needed.
The owner was very accommodating when informed that a mouse had taken up residence in the house while we were there. He had pest control out the same day, and issue was remedied by the time we left.
