Welcome to your Tarpon Springs vacation home, freshly updated top to bottom and minutes from Sunset Beach, Howard Park, and the famous Sponge Docks. Walk or bike the Pinellas Trail, or explore nearby Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, and Tampa. This bright, coastal 2-bedroom home (sleeps 4) has open-concept living, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, and a private fenced tropical yard with seating and a pergola.
The space
Minutes from Sunset Beach, Howard Park, and the world-famous Sponge Docks. Dunedin's downtown and breweries are a short drive, close to Honeymoon Islands and Caladesi. Clearwater Beach is about 25 minutes away, and Tampa is roughly 35-40 minutes out, making this an easy home base for exploring the whole Pinellas County coast. Quick access to the Pinellas Trail.
Living room: Bright, open-concept space, a wall-mounted TV, and a comfortable sectional sofa. Coastal-inspired art and neutral tones throughout create a relaxed, beachy feel.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a butcher-block-style counter with bar seating - open to the living room, so no one's stuck cooking alone.
Bedroom 1: A king bed with wood nightstands and a built-in closet.
Bedroom 2: A queen bed with a built-in closet for extra storage, styled to match the coastal theme throughout the home.
Bathroom: One well-appointed bathroom with a walk-in glass shower and backlit vanity mirror, shared between the two bedrooms.
Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer for longer stays or sandy-beach-day laundry.
Outdoor spaces: This home offers a private, fully fenced backyard with lush tropical landscaping, seating, a table, and a pergola, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Guest access: Guests have access to the entire house and all outdoor areas. Self check-in via keypad means no need to coordinate arrival timing. In person check-in is also possible, I live 5 minutes away. Free parking available on the driveway and street. It is a quiet neighborhood, no parties or smoking allowed.
