It is a very nice place. Definitely a Florida Jimmy Buffet vibe.Had a 2 light bulbs burnt out. Message them and within an hour or two he dropped of replacement!Awesome to work with. Even offered us to check out later because of the inconvenience of light bulb out !! We couldn’t take advantage as our flight was leaving . Will use them again for sure.

What a wonderful place; extremely clean, comfortable beautful home, great neighborhood, easy communication with host, large private outside area with pool, jacuzzi, and hot tub, beaches close by! Perfect vacation!

This place was in a nice neighborhood, super clean! The online listing I gave 3 stars because it listed the couch as being a bed. It was just a couch. Our ONLY issue with this rental was that the thermostat was controlled remotely by the owner, even though the directions above the thermostat left us in control, asking not to turn it below 67 degrees which we never did. We would come home from a night out to a house that was 78 degrees, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. One morning at 6 am I woke up hot, the thermostat was set on 74 degrees, (after I set it to 68 before going to bed). I moved it to 68 again and by 9am it had been reset to 72 degrees. The owner's answer was that he/she wasn't sure if anyone was home or not. Outside of the 10 days of constantly trying to keep the house at a comfortable temperature it was a good stay but because of that, we will not be returning. This is why it was given an overall 3 star rating.
