Absolutely loved this property! Very cozy, pool was nice (not heated so plan accordingly for season), hot tub was great. Joepert was very fast to respond when I needed anything! I will most definitely stay here again in the future! The bed was comfortable (I like a firm bed). Couch was nice, tv is a Roku and has live tv and plenty to choose from! Highly recommend!

This property is a perfect location to be close to the beaches and restaurants. Host makes sure everything is provided thats needed and my kids loved the pool and back yard. Will be looking to book again!

This place was in a nice neighborhood, super clean! The online listing I gave 3 stars because it listed the couch as being a bed. It was just a couch. Our ONLY issue with this rental was that the thermostat was controlled remotely by the owner, even though the directions above the thermostat left us in control, asking not to turn it below 67 degrees which we never did. We would come home from a night out to a house that was 78 degrees, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. One morning at 6 am I woke up hot, the thermostat was set on 74 degrees, (after I set it to 68 before going to bed). I moved it to 68 again and by 9am it had been reset to 72 degrees. The owner's answer was that he/she wasn't sure if anyone was home or not. Outside of the 10 days of constantly trying to keep the house at a comfortable temperature it was a good stay but because of that, we will not be returning. This is why it was given an overall 3 star rating.
