Hello and a warm welcome to the popular bed-and-breakfast “Haus Köbesine” on Juist. Here, you’ll stay amidst the picturesque North Sea landscape. Just a few steps through the dunes and you’ll be on the wide, fine-sand beach with sweeping views of the waves and the sea.
Our “Apartment 14” combines the comforts of a bed-and-breakfast with the independence of a vacation rental. Enjoy the island’s peaceful tranquility on your two private balconies, on the sunny outdoor terrace, or in the large communal garden. Whether you’re cozy in a beach chair or relaxing on a sun lounger, you’ll find your favorite spot. The call of the seagulls, the gentle sea breeze—a place where the soul can take a deep breath.
In our bright dining room with a view of the dune landscape, you’ll start your day with a hearty buffet and aromatic morning coffee. You can easily prepare snacks for your outing or evening meals in your own fully equipped kitchen, which features a 4-burner ceramic stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, an espresso machine, and a kettle, round out the amenities.
After a walk on the beach, relax in the cozy living area, where you’ll be greeted by a unique panoramic view of the dune landscape. From the balcony, you can also enjoy a beautiful view over the dunes all the way to the North Sea. In the separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), you can look forward to restful nights, as well as relaxing movie nights. From the bedroom, you can step out onto the second balcony—perfect for enjoying your vacation in the soothing tranquility of the island.
Additional comfort awaits you in the elegant bathroom, which features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a mirror, hotel-style hair dryer, and heated towel rack.
For cozy downtime, the apartment features free Wi-Fi, a telephone, and 2 TVs (cable).
A lovingly prepared breakfast of the finest quality—partly featuring ingredients freshly harvested from our own fruit and vegetable garden—is already included in your reservation.
A shared living room with plenty of books and a TV invites you to relax outside your apartment. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation in a magnificent natural landscape—ideal for couples (possibly with a toddler) or solo travelers.
In our comfortably designed rooms, Nordic minimalism meets a cozy atmosphere. We offer a total of 17 accommodations:
3 single rooms: Ideal for solo travelers and those seeking peace and quiet.
10 double rooms: Perfect for a getaway for two.
4 apartments: Especially family-friendly and generously sized.
A large communal garden with sun loungers and beach chairs, a sunny outdoor terrace, and a cozy living area with seating, books, and a TV are freely available to all guests.
