Hello and a warm welcome to the popular bed-and-breakfast “Haus Köbesine” on Juist. Here, you’ll stay in a picturesque dune landscape with a direct and breathtaking view of the glistening waves of the North Sea, just a few steps away from the wide, fine-sand beach.
Our “Apartment 31” combines the comforts of a bed-and-breakfast with the independence of a vacation rental. Enjoy the island’s peaceful tranquility on your two balconies, on the sunny outdoor terrace, or in the large communal garden. Whether you’re cozying up in a beach chair or relaxing on a sun lounger, you’ll find your favorite spot. The call of the seagulls, the gentle sea breeze—a place where the soul can take a deep breath.
In our bright dining room with a view of the dune landscape, you’ll start your day with a hearty buffet and aromatic morning coffee. You can easily prepare snacks for your outing or evening meals in your own fully equipped kitchen, which features a 2-burner ceramic stove, an oven, and a dishwasher. Various small appliances, such as a coffee maker, espresso machine, and electric kettle, round out the amenities.
After a walk on the beach, relax in the cozy living area with a good book or enjoy the beautiful view of the dunes and the sea from the balcony. In the comfortable double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), you can sleep in, savor the island’s tranquility, or watch a good movie. From the kitchen-living room, you can access the second south-facing balcony—perfect for relaxing vacation moments on the sun lounger.
Another special feature is the elegant, naturally lit bathroom with a wide window front and sweeping panoramic views of the North Sea. Here, you can gaze directly at the glistening waves and experience pure contentment. The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a mirror, makeup mirror, hotel hair dryer, and towel warmer.
For relaxing downtime and modern conveniences, the apartment features free Wi-Fi, a telephone, and 2 TVs (cable).
A lovingly prepared breakfast of the finest quality—partly featuring ingredients freshly harvested from our own fruit and vegetable garden—is already included in your reservation.
A shared living room with plenty of books and a TV invites you to relax outside your apartment. Exclusive extras such as barbecue evenings in the garden, freshly baked cakes, a fruit and vegetable garden with our own produce, and rentals ranging from bicycles to Nordic walking poles to stand-up paddleboards will round out our offerings starting next year.

In the beautiful Töwerland region, where time moves a little slower and the salty sea breeze clears your head, our beloved traditional inn welcomes you with Frisian warmth. Here you can enjoy peace and relaxation in a magnificent natural landscape—ideal for couples (possibly with a toddler) or solo travelers.
In our comfortably designed spaces, Nordic simplicity meets a cozy atmosphere. We offer a total of 17 accommodations:
3 single rooms: Ideal for solo travelers and those seeking peace and quiet.
10 double rooms: Perfect for a getaway for two.
4 apartments: Especially family-friendly and generously sized.
A large communal garden with sun loungers and beach chairs, a sunny outdoor terrace, and a cozy lounge area with seating, books, and a TV are freely available to all guests. A breakfast buffet with a wide selection is served daily in the bright dining room. Additional extras such as rental bicycles, stand-up paddleboards, and Nordic walking poles can be booked as part of your stay; upon individual arrangement, they can of course also be rented on a temporary or daily basis.
