Spacious penthouse apartment with a sunny south-facing balcony!
Look forward to your dream vacation in our exclusive "Luv" penthouse apartment (built in 2017) at the "Achterhus" on Juist!
This light-filled vacation apartment features two separate bedrooms, a south-facing balcony overlooking the sunny mudflats, a comfortable living/dining area, and a bathroom. Hardwood floors, indirect lighting, subtle colors, and high-quality furnishings create a very cozy atmosphere.
You can relax wonderfully in the open living area, which is equipped with, among other things, a large corner sofa and a modern TV (cable connection & Smart TV). Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the internet—of course, at no charge.
The integrated kitchen, complete with an electric stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and dishwasher, offers convenient options for self-catering. This makes cooking on vacation a real pleasure!
One of the two separate bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm; one can be pulled out to accommodate a third child). A small staircase leads to the attic, where you’ll find a loft with a cozy double alcove for two additional guests (140 x 200 cm; please note: the narrow and steep ladder is only suitable for adults and older children—see photos—use at your own risk).
You’ll also find pleasant comfort in the elegant bathroom with a heated towel rack and walk-in shower! Feel free to use the washer and dryer. A hair dryer is provided as part of the standard furnishings.
Vacation time is relaxation time! Enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea from the large south-facing balcony of the “Luv” vacation apartment. Here, you can simply let your mind wander...
You can darken the skylights from the outside, ensuring the apartment stays pleasantly cool in the summer. On colder days, underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.
Please understand that this is a non-smoking apartment.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
The “Achterhus” has an elevator.

Sun, beach, and fresh North Sea air—the island of Juist is one of Germany’s most popular vacation destinations. Here, you’ll feel as though time stands still for a few days. Horse-drawn carriage rides along the beach, bike tours through the dune landscape, or leisurely walks guarantee you a wonderful, relaxing experience.
From the “Achterhus,” you can reach Juist’s beautiful sandy beach and the promenade in just a few minutes (about 6 minutes on foot, about 2 minutes by bike path). Numerous sports activities offer a nice change of pace from relaxing in a beach chair.
The idyllic town center, with its cozy cafés, restaurants, and small shops, is also just a few minutes’ walk away. Leisure attractions such as the island cinema, the seawater water park, and the carriage museum are also located very close to the house.
