Three levels of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces invite you to slow down and enjoy the mountains. Expansive balconies feature flowing sheer curtains, comfortable seating, and peaceful forest views with glimpses of the Smokies beyond. Start your day with coffee and birdsong, relax on the outdoor swing bed, and watch fireflies drift through the trees as evening settles in.
Level 1 – Entertainment & Relaxation
The lower level feels like your own private mountain resort.
The indoor pool is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed with atmospheric lighting, botanical touches, and a relaxing spa-like feel. Enjoy pool volleyball, basketball games, floating loungers, or simply unwind by the water.

Entertainment assumes a whole new dimension with all king bedrooms and living room having 65" flat screen smart TVs. Theatre goes a notch above featuring 85" flat screen smart TV. All TVs have other popular apps like Netflix, Disney, Prime, Hulu etc. for guests to use their own subscription.
The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. A complimentary snack bar helps guests settle in after arrival, while the café station offers a Keurig coffee maker, Starbucks ground coffee, premium teas, and hot chocolate.
Outside, enjoy meals together around the outdoor dining table surrounded by nature or just soak the environment gently swinging in one of the egg chairs.

The upper level offers the quietest spaces in the cabin.
Two king bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms provide a peaceful retreat, while two bunk rooms each feature two full-over-full bunk beds, making them perfect for children, teens, and larger families.

While at Gatlinwoods, guests can enjoy all parts of the property. The utility rooms and owner's closets are locked away. There is free parking at the front of the property for as many as 8-10 cars.

As the resort continues to grow, guests may occasionally notice light building activity in designated areas of the community. This does not impact the privacy, comfort, or experience at Gatlinwoods, which remains fully private, peaceful, and surrounded by natural forest views.
