Bear Cub Manor, brought to you by Bear Cub Cabins, is a brand new luxury cabin in the Smith Creek Reserve community with everything you need for your family to have an unforgettable stay. The cabin also has some of the best views you can find in the area!

Note:
· Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside the property.
· Property is equipped with noise and smoke monitors. Tampering with, or otherwise inhibiting their operation is grounds for cancelation without refund.
· A separate short-term rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations will be canceled if not signed. The agreement will be sent via our Channel Manager, OwnerRez.
· Pool cleaning is performed twice weekly to ensure a sparkling pool. By booking a reservation, you agree to have pool cleaners enter the property and clean the pool for you.
· This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood; noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will immediately terminate your stay without a refund.
· We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance with your reservation to cover you in case of trip interruption, weather, or travel delays.
· There are still cabins being built in the area, so there is some construction going on at the complex.
· No cats are permitted due to owner's severe allergies.
· We are dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs for an additional fee per pet (maximum of 4). Pets are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or pool. Additional fees will be assessed if this policy is not honored. This is for the benefit of all guests and our cleaning staff.
· No Airbnb Experiences or Services can be booked at this property.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Absolutely perfect stay at Bear Cub Manor!Our family stayed at Bear Cub Manor last weekend, and it was truly one of the best cabin experiences we’ve ever had. The cabin was super clean, beautifully decorated, and matched the photos exactly. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated that all linens were provided—including towels for the heated indoor private pool, which was such a nice touch.There was so much for everyone to enjoy—hot tub, fireplace, media room, games, beverage coolers in both the media and game rooms, and even an ice maker. The kids were over the moon about the TVs at each bunk bed—such a fun and thoughtful feature! It’s also pet-friendly, which meant our whole family could be together.Kim was an amazing host from start to finish. She responded quickly to every question and went above and beyond when a snowstorm hit during our stay. We were worried about getting out safely, and she kindly offered a super late check-out and even a very discounted extra night if we needed it. That level of care and flexibility meant so much to us!The location was perfect—close to the parkway, which made getting out easier even with the snow. We honestly didn’t mind being “snowed in” at such a cozy, well-equipped cabin. And the fully stocked coffee bar with specialty syrups was the cherry on top!We’ve stayed in many rentals, but we’ve never experienced one with so many thoughtful extras. I am writing to share how much we absolutely loved our stay at Bear Cub Manor. This accommodation was truly mind-blowing, and the host went above and beyond to make our experience special. We have already started planning another visit for 2026!The home was perfect for both the kids and the adults. We spent a lot of time at the cabin enjoying the movie room, pool, and hot tub. The younger children loved the amenities and games, and we particularly enjoyed gathering at the big table each night to play Uno until we couldn't keep our eyes open anymore.We all slept amazingly well, as the beds were exceptional. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the coffee bar, which was a dream and had everything we could think of.Since it was 73 degrees during our December stay, we were able to take full advantage of the pool, lazy river, cornhole boards, and pool table. It was unexpected for the time of year but so much fun to use those outdoor amenities.We absolutely LOVED this vacation spot and will be spreading the news about this amazing getaway.

This property and amenities were amazing. Everything was very well thought out and top of the line. Extremely clean. Conveniently located. So much to do and not enough time to do it all. We definitely will come back and recommend this resort.
