Note:
· Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside or outside the property.
· Property is equipped with noise and smoke monitors. Tampering with, or otherwise inhibiting their operation is grounds for cancelation without refund.
· A separate short-term rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Reservations will be canceled if not signed. The agreement will be sent via our Channel Manager, OwnerRez.
· Pool cleaning is performed twice weekly to ensure a sparkling pool. By booking a reservation, you agree to have pool cleaners enter the property and clean the pool for you.
· This is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood; noise complaints or law enforcement calls to the home will immediately terminate your stay without a refund.
· We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance with your reservation to cover you in case of trip interruption, weather, or travel delays.
· There are still cabins being built in the area, so there is some construction going on at the complex.
· No cats are permitted due to owner's severe allergies.
· We are dog-friendly for well-behaved dogs for an additional fee per pet (maximum of 3). Pets are not allowed on the furniture, beds, or pool. Additional fees will be assessed if this policy is not honored. This is for the benefit of all guests and our cleaning staff.
· No Airbnb Experiences or Services can be booked at this property.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Guest Access:

Guests also have access to the resort's seasonal water park, complete with lazy river, splash pad, pickleball, mini golf, and outdoor movie theater (weather permitting).
