The Space
Located on the fourth floor (with elevator access), this beautifully restored 115 sqm (1240 sq ft) apartment comfortably hosts up to four guests. It features two elegant bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom—perfect for couples, families, or friends who value both comfort and privacy.

Original stone walls, exposed terracotta brickwork, and historic architectural details have been carefully preserved, creating a sense of depth and authenticity. ✔ We will reconfirm a check-in time based on our availability.
✔ Our check-in ambassador will personally welcome you at the apartment entrance.
