The resort has incredible amenities like an oceanfront swimming pool, shaded palapas, BBQ's and a Jacuzzi. The resort has a fitness facility for those who like to keep in shape and a sand volleyball court for those who like to have a little bit of a competitive edge. The resort has an on-site restaurant and bar called Agave. The best Caesar salad in Rocky Point can be found at this resort cantina. If you need a bag of chips or a soda you will find them for sale at the check-in office towards the rear of the resort. You will be pleased with all that the Princessa de Penasco has to offer. This 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom condo are located oceanfront on the 5th floor of the A Tower. This condo can sleep, 8 people. The living room of the condo has bright magenta Venetian plastered walls with a dark brown leather sofa and a plush red armchair. There is a carved wood art design hung in the wall behind the sofa with a complimenting same wood finish coffee table and end table. The media unit is located opposite the sofa and it includes a TV, CD player, radio, DVD, and VCR. The condo comes wired with high-speed internet so you never have to miss an email or news update. The condo also has cable television. You can get to the terrace through the sliding glass doors off the living room. The dining room has an oval-shaped light wood table with matching wood and wrought iron chairs that have red, yellow and blue seating cushions. There is a wall-mounted metal framed mirror behind the dining room table. There is a pendant lamp hanging from the ceiling to illuminate the dining area during the evening hours. The kitchen is painted royal blue and has light wood cabinets with white ceramic tiled countertops and black on black appliances. You just need to bring the beverages and food, we have all the appliances and serving ware to help you cook and entertain. There are three wrought iron stools in purple, yellow and blue butted up to the breakfast bar off the kitchen. The master bedroom has bright pink walls with a king-size canopy bed that has striped red, pink, brown and purple bedding. The wall with the terrace access is painted a deep hue of purple. Across from the bed is a double door armoire where the TV is located. There are drawers below to store your clothing. The master bathroom is large with dark wood cabinets, a double sink vanity, and peach-colored walls. The bathroom has a tub, shower, and commode. The 2nd bedroom has mauve-colored walls with a white metal king size bed that has silky orange-colored bedding. The room has one table by the bed with a white reading lamp. The room also has a large double door closet with full length mirrored doors. The 2nd bathroom has cream-colored walls with a dark orange and gold shower curtain, single sink vanity, shower, and commode. The 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with light blue bedding. The walls of the room are painted bright blue to enhance the bedding. The 3rd bathroom has been painted bright blue with a complimenting colored shower curtain, sink, walk-in shower, and commode. The terrace has an abundance of seating options. You can have dinner outside while you watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez or relax with a glass of wine while you watch the tide roll in and out.
