- Round-trip ticket to Barcelona (plane, train, bus, etc.) corresponding to the dates of the stay in the apartment, as proof of the LEISURE stay and its duration.
- Signed sworn statement from all occupants of the apartment, which includes: identification of the signatory, address of the primary residence matching the provided proofs or certificates, dates of the stay in Barcelona, and the reason for it (vacation or leisure).
- Signed declaration by all occupants of the apartment accepting the community rules.
