Nice apartment close to everything in the city for a decent price.
Not my favorite neighborhood but was close to everything so it worked out.

Had a great stay in London. The property was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed. The location was convenient with easy access to everything. The host was very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

We traveled from the US as a family of four (two adults and two elementary-aged kids). Overall, this nicely renovated property has many great features, though it comes with some notable quirks and frustrations. The positives: Space & Bathroom: It offers significantly more total space than most places in London. I especially loved that the bathtub was large enough to bathe both kids at once. Location & Outdoor Space: The private yard is lovely, and there is a playground right across the street. A Tesco Express grocery store with extended hours is nearby, making quick errands easy, and it is a short walk to the bus stop. Amenities: The Wi-Fi was strong, the living room was cozy, and modern updates like the large TVs were great. A kind neighbor was also very helpful to us during our stay. However, there were operational challenges from the start. Communication was poor because the owner manages 65 properties and doesn't keep individualized records; I had to send my flight details three times due to automated emails. Upon arrival, the owner was confused about which property I was at, though he did answer the phone right away. Additionally, the building exterior was under unannounced construction. Sleeping in was impossible due to early morning pounding and drilling, which was compounded by the bed sitting right next to the front window where school children walk past.
Inside the unit, several basic amenities and safety details were missed: Towels & Supplies: We were given 3 bath towels for 4 people, no hand towels, and no bath mat—which is an issue given the substantial step down from the tub. No dishwasher soap was provided (we left extra pods and laundry detergent for the next guest). Appliance Safety Hazards: UK appliances can be tricky, but here the oven knob markings were completely rubbed off, requiring AI guesses for temperature settings. The oven also made alarming fan noises, and the front-right stove burner repeatedly went out while continuing to release gas, which is a major safety concern. Family considerations: The long, narrow layout separates noise well, but sleeping arrangements were tough. The bed is small, best suited for a skinny couple. My kids slept in bed with me while my husband slept on the couch. My son bruised his forehead against the nightstand corner, and my daughter kept rolling off toward a glass door. Transit tip: Taxis cannot enter this street during specific school zone hours. Meet drivers at Purple Jay Nursery instead. Also, please close the exterior door gently out of respect for the kind neighbor. Feedback for the owner: Implement individualized communication, improve cleaning quality, perform an immediate safety check on the stove/oven, and stay here a few nights yourself to fix the many frustrations (which I've only mentioned a few of) that hinder everyday usability.
