Stunning 2 Bed/2 Bath Flat in Waterloo, London

A perfectly equipped, modern and clean apartment in an excellent location. We hardly used public transport at all, as the city center and most tourist attractions were within walking distance. We collected the key from a lockbox, but the host arrived within a few minutes and explained everything in detail. He was available if we had any questions. We plan to stay here again on our next visit to London.

Dette er en vinner - du har alt i nærheten. Du trenger egentlig ikke å forlate Lower Marsh..... men det gjør du jo - man er jo i London! Her er det topp å bo, stille på natten.

Alt er topp!! Det koster dog penger å bo sentralt - for meg er det verdt det!!

The host was very helpful, took time to show us the amenities in the apartment, and provided laundry soap. We appreciated the well stocked pantry. The location was great; very convenient proximity to the south bank of the river, graffiti tunnels, and train stations. The Lower Marsh Market is located right outside of the flat. The bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry were well maintained with new appliances - the WiFi, bluetooth speaker, and Television were all functioning and much appreciated.

As mentioned, the location was great, but since the train tracks for Waterloo station are directly across from the flat, and the primary setup and staging area for The Lower Marsh Market is located right outside of the flat, it is quite loud each morning as food vendors use loud metal carts to setup their stalls. We stayed during a heat wave and would have appreciated air conditioning. We left all of the windows open, with the blinds closed, and had one portable fan provided. The fan and cross breeze from the open windows certainly helped, but we could have used a couple more fans for the bed rooms.
