This quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath, upper unit of a duplex is right in the middle of all the Balboa Peninsula has to offer, but tucked away in a cute, quiet neighborhood. With a very large deck with lots of seating and a BBQ, this home is perfect for your next family vacation.
This upper unit is an inviting 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with an expansive veranda and a beautiful vignette view of Newport Bay. The kitchen is open to the living room which hosts a sleeper sofa and is complete with granite counters and an island. Both bedrooms offer ample closet space with a queen bed in the first bedroom and a twin sized trundle in the second. The bathroom has a granite vanity top and a tiled shower complete with a frameless glass shower door. The deep garage has room for 1 car (6 foot 6 in. clearance, no SUVs) with an automatic opener and a newer stacking washer and dryer.
Just a short walk to the ferry for shopping and dinner on Balboa Island, a stroll through Balboa Village or a walk to the end of the Pier. You can even launch your stand up paddle board a few steps down Fernando Street. Located in the heart of Newport Beach this property with an over sized lot has it all!

- Parking is provided at your rental unit. However, we cannot guarantee your vehicle will fit in the designated spot, so you may need to find street parking. Street parking can be impacted due to proximity to the beach.
- We do our best to stay on top of any remodels or construction happening near our properties, but construction can pop up in the City of Newport Beach without notice. By city rule, construction is only permitted Monday through Friday, 7am to 6:30pm.

This was a lovely property with a wonderful balcony! The bedrooms are very comfortable, and the living space is idea for 3-4 people There is a garage, but the previous clients took the remote home w them, so that was a little inconvenient, however we were still able to use the garage. Short walk to beach and bay, and near Balboa for great walking and shopping.

Great place, great location, great rooftop deck. A few very minor things that are really more recommendations for improvement are the only reason that kept it from all 5 stars for us. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again.

This house is in a prime location located half way between the ocean and Newport Bay. A 90 second walk to either. Also very close to the fun zone, restaurants, pubs, stores as well as the Balboa Pier. The Newport Pier is only a 3 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk. The house was very nice, very clean and well stocked.Employees were outstanding. Only a few minor maintenance issue and when we notified them they were on it. Good service and very friendly. We would for sure rent this house again.

Nice 2 bedroom unit with a kitchen set up for a longer term stay. Big TV, appliances, garage parking are a plus. 2nd bedroom bed is a full with a small trundle. Good for family but not so much for two adult couples.
