About this farm stay rental
Five bedrooms sleep twelve. One super-king at the back of the house, three doubles, a bunk room and a sofa bed in the playroom. Three bathrooms and two additional WCs. The kitchen is open-plan around a blue AGA, with a long dining table and a corner sofa opening onto the terrace. A separate sitting room at the front has the original brick inglenook fireplace. The children get their own playroom with a racing simulator, an art corner and a small play kitchen.
Outside, the four-acre garden is fenced and private to the house. A pedal-kart track runs the lawns, with four Berg karts and helmets in the barn. A wood-fired hot tub looks west over the Clee Hills. A pizza oven and barbecue anchor the terrace. Hens lay in the run by the gate, ducks live on the pond and Sam's cattle graze the field behind the house. Sam farms the neighbouring land and takes guests on a tour of the working cattle farm when the schedule allows.
Eight minutes by car to Ludlow town and the train station. London is two and a half hours by direct rail. The estate has a helicopter pad with overnight consent, fifty-five minutes from Battersea.
A real working farm, restored inside to pair authentic character with proper comfort.
