Perfectly located just minutes from Loon Mountain, Waterville Valley, the Pemigewasset River, and hundreds of hiking, biking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, this is the ultimate year-round mountain retreat.

Soak in the 6-person hot tub tucked beneath the brand-new cable railing deck while taking in peaceful forest views, relax in the authentic barrel sauna, or gather around the outdoor fire pit under the stars. The spacious deck also features comfortable lounge seating and a propane fire table, making it the perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Inside, Snö Haus combines premium amenities with timeless mountain charm. The soaring great room features a dramatic wood-burning fireplace and a hidden self-rising projector screen that transforms the living room into your own private movie theater for unforgettable movie nights.
The home comfortably accommodates large families and groups with a flexible layout that offers both shared gathering spaces and private retreats.
