On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen custom-made to make the most of the spaces available in the ancient building, fully equipped with induction hob and dining table: the ideal environment for sharing pleasant moments of conviviality. On the same level there is a first elegant double bedroom with TV and private bathroom.
The first floor houses a cozy living area, furnished with sofa and TV, embellished with a lovely balcony overlooking the church, from which to let yourself be conquered by the authentic and timeless atmosphere of the ancient village.
On the second floor there is the second double bedroom, bright and with attention to the smallest detail, equipped with a private bathroom with shower. The room also has a practical study corner with desk, perfect for those who want to work remotely or treat themselves to a moment of tranquility. The TV is elegantly integrated into the wardrobe, preserving the harmony and cleanliness of the spaces.
What makes this home truly special is the beautiful panoramic terrace, an environment to be enjoyed throughout the day. Fully furnished, it offers a second kitchen with induction stove, gas barbecue, table for outdoor lunches and dinners and two comfortable deckchairs, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying pleasant summer evenings under the Monopoli sky.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions for accessing the facility and we will meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for checking in between 20:00 and 00:00 is €100.00.
