The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment had everything a traveller needs, very thoughtful and efficient. We were able to stay in two rooms, one across the hall from the other, accommodating our entire family. This apartment stood out on our entire trip has having every single thing it advertised available and in working order, and the host responded to our questions very quickly. She even helped us arrange to extend our stay when it seemed that our next booking might fall through. This was a great base for exploring the Itria Valley, I'd definitely stay there again.

One minor thing, I couldn't figure out how to operate the hot tub, I believe the remote control was damaged. To be fair though I never asked about it! It slipped my mind.

- very clean - very modern - host was very nice - housekeeper was really nice

- weren’t made aware that the beach was closed - the sofa bed was absolutely horrid, and not in the way that you expect, the person sleeping in this bed fell off multiple times. The assortment of couch pillows (sofa bed) also made loud squeaking sounds that woke the other guests up multiple times throughout the night - not enough towel racks - extra cost for washing machine and dryer despite paying multiple thousand euro for the stay.
