Designed for up to four guests, the apartment features a bedroom with a double bed alongside a living area with a sofa bed, dining space and television. The layout is practical and comfortable, allowing for both relaxation and shared time. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob, microwave grill, dishwasher and coffee maker, while the bathroom offers a bathtub with WC. Air conditioning ensures comfort, and a loggia or terrace with marina views extends the living space outdoors.

Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming pool, open from April to October depending on weather conditions. Additional amenities include a children’s playground, pétanque court, table tennis and laundry facilities, creating a relaxed on-site environment.
