The location was great- easy without a car. The grocery, bakery, restaurants, train station, and beach are all about a 5 minute walk. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed to cook meals. The nearest beaches are great for young children. Our family of 5 loved our stay!

I went to La Napoule 7 Years ago on and off and stayed in the same area . Its a beautiful area with lots to do . Lovely beach near the famous Chateau de la Napoule safe to swim and great for young children and families . Lovely restaurants near by . the train station is 5 mins from the apartment where you can visit Nice , Cannes ,Monaco and it goes along the coast. If you wish to go further to explore its worth hiring a car to visit the perched hill top villages like St Paul de Vence , Tourettes sur Lup, Mougins to name but a few .Very relaxing holiday wish I was still there. I went in September and the weather was hot and sunny , temp 28 degrees .

We spent 8 awesome days on Cote d'Azur based at this apartment. The location is outsanding: little pitoresque village just up the stairs from outside the complex (i understand the stairs will close temporarily - you might need to go around). The village has great restaurants, a cafe, boulangerie, grocer, greengrocer. A weekly market too. A few more steps and you reach the train station. Which we used a lot to visit Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes. Cross the street after the train station and you reach the "castle". Don't miss the cafe there...great views. Two beaches : one to the left, one to the right. The one on the west(right) side has a watersport rental center. For a wider grocery selection a Geant Hypermarket is minutes away by car. For most driving you are better off using the complex's north gates (south gates will take you thru the village). The apartment is well appointed. We especially like the rustic furniture style. Balcony faces east so we had a lof of late lunches and suppers out there. Last, but not least, M. Maigne is a great host: very accommodating and flexible. He also responded very quickly to all our inquiries. I would like to return to La Napoule and rent the apartment again.

Vaste appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé avec une vue sur la verdure .Nous avons apprécié la climatisation , la piscine , le boulodrome ainsi que le charmant village de La Napoule avec ses commerces . Tout peut se faire à pied et c est appréciable !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement Il est très bien équipé, une mention spéciale pour la douche avec une très bonne pression Il est situé tout à côté de la plage du château qui est une plage très agréable et pas bondée Un point d’amélioration serait d’avoir un store banne sur la terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner à l’ombre surtout en été.

A la lecture du précédent avis j'imagine que le propriétaire a fait d'énormes efforts depuis le mois d'avril car cet appartement est parfaitement entretenu, la literie de 160 est parfaite, l'électricité fonctionne correctement et tout est propre. L'emplacement idéal et très calme. La climatisation est déjà indispensable tant la météo est clémente. Nous sommes enchantés par cette location.
