Cosy three-bedroom house in nice villa area with a very large supermarket two minutes walk away and a free van shuttle every 15 minutes to the centre and the numerous beaches, both only 20 minutes walk away from the house. We stayed twice and will stay again!

A generous and comfortable house, even better than the pictures can relate. Extremely well equipped, in perfect shape, very clean, not too IKEA. Slightly odd location close to a big supermarket, and a bit of a walk down to the train station in the beach, but all very doable and with a very relaxed and inviting aura. Lots of attention to detail and a properly, stocked kitchen. Also very friendly Communication.We loved it.

Was nice however, there was hardly any chest of drawers to put clothes in. There were not many mirrors. No dressing table to sit and do your make up as a woman.Too many ornaments around and not enough light. Half of the bulbs did not work in the rooms.

This house is well located just of the heart of Mandelieu with walking distance access to a very large supermarket open until 10pm every day. The house has three decent bedrooms all with direct access to the garden and pool area and all with air-conditioning. There is one toilet (without a wash-hand basin) and a (large) shower and wash-hand basin in another room. It has a very spacious lounge and a separate eating area in a conservatory style extension. The kitchen is well equipped, if slightly dated. The house would have earnt five stars, if it were not for the absence of a large air-conditioner in the lounge and a wash-hand basin in the toilet and a second toilet in the shower room. Will book again for next year.

Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, villa was perfect for us all. Handy for the supermarket and bakery. 20 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Would recommend to other families. Air con would have been amazing but we are from Scotland and not used to the heat!

Our stay was wonderful. From needing for one of our party to check in a few hours early to a plumbing problem the response time and helpfulness was always quick. It is a great location to be able to walk to the grocery store or some cafes.

It was a super nice house, decorated in a modern frensh way, very comfortable, Good area to all beaches, cannes and theoule, close to all golf courses, We will for sure come back, only problem is that needs to be booked long time in advance!

We had a great stay however it has been let down by the owner accusing us of damage to property after we left. He is taking money for damaged bed linen which we didn't do. The photos sent to us are of very ripped sheets, we noticed a small tear when we stripped the beds before departure (assumed from wear and tear) but now they have large holes in them! Very disappointing and accusing messages from the owner. We respected the house and its property and left it in a very clean and tidy state (even washed and dried all beach and bath towels to be helpful!). I suggest inspecting the property thoroughly on arrival and taking photos of any damage otherwise you will be duped like we have! Apparently it's in the small print that you can be charged for damage even if there is no proof that you did it!

We just came back to Hamburg after spending 4 very relaxed weeks in this great place! Thank you so much for renting out this beautiful house, we had a fantastic time! It's peaceful, private, spacious, the pool and it's maintenance is great, the house is very well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay and is furnished with a lot of taste - you feel at home almost at once! A hugh supermarket with everything you just can imagine is 5 minutes away (by foot!) and you reach the beaches and the little village of La Napoule after a walk of 20 minutes. We really enjoyed it and I do hope to come back sometime in the future! Marleen Haebe with family

What a fabulous holiday we had at Julien's beautiful house! It was absolutely faultless - perfect location, very well equipped and impeccably tasteful throughout. Julien was quick to reply to my emails and his housekeepers were friendly and eager to please. The pool was fabulous and the house allowed everyone to have enough space to prevent us tripping over each other. We paid extra for the towels and bedding and these were great - very luxurious, although it would have been good if the beds had been made for us when we arrived after a very long journey. We have already recommended the house to friends and we shall certainly return again.

After 10 summers in Mandelieu probably the best location yet

We have been going to Mandelieu for a dance event for the past years and have been in numerous Villas, Hotels, Campings, etc., but this place has been the best so far. Perfect location, right next to a huge shopping center, 5 mins by car to the beach, or use the free bus to the beach in front of the shopping center. The kids spent most of the time in the pool, we could relax. There was always shade and sun by the pool, so you could choose what you wanted. You can eat inside or outside, dinner was always outside as it was cooler. Well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with walk in shower, 3 nice bedrooms… and it was very quiet… if we come back next year, we will definitely try and get this place again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très agréable et d’un grand confort. Vous y trouverez tout le nécessaire pour apprécier votre séjour…3 belles chambres dont 2 avec vue directe sur la piscine. L’espace extérieur est magnifique : très belle piscine avec équipement extérieur en nombre. L’espace extérieur est très bien divisé… coin repas / coin piscine - détente et coin salon apéro…et jardin paysagiste Un vrai dépaysement… nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Cordialement Cristina

Sehr schöne Villa, ruhig gelegen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für alle Sehenswürdigkeiten an der Côte d’Azur. Monaco als auch Saint-Tropez sind in der Nebensaison in weniger als einer Stunde sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Pool, der paradiesische Garten und die Terrassen sind wunderbar angelegt und das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Ein großes Einkaufszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, so dass man abends auch noch kurzfristig etwas für den Grill besorgen kann. Die lokale Betreuung sprach nur Französisch, der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und schnell. Wir können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : la maison a tout le confort nécessaire; la décoration est assez sobre et de très bon goût. Le quartier est assez calme, sans être trop éloigné du centre, et juste à côté d'un pôle de commerces ce qui est pratique. La communication avec le propriétaire et l'intendante a été très bonne. Je recommande sans hésitation!!

Ruhig und zentral gelegene Villa, sehr gepflegtes Anwesen mit einem tollen Pool. Rießige Terrasse mit Liegen, Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill und Außendusche. Alles sehr gut ausgestattet, auch in der Villa. Viele kleine Details, sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Bilder zeigen wie wunderschön es dort ist, alles genauso wie abgebildet. Einkaufszentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, zum Strand sind es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Gastgeber äußerst freundlich und sofort erreichbar. Zum Wohlfühlen und entspannen die perfekte Adresse !

Nous sommes enchantés par cette location. La maison est comfortable, le quartier très calme et à la fois assez proche des commerces. L'accès à la plage est assez simple et les options de promenades, visites etc. sont infinies dans la région. Enfin, un mot sur le propriétaire... très discret et disponible dès qu'il le faut... Idéal !
