On the 1st floor: Large living room with dining room opening onto a balcony on one side and another garden with garden furniture. Possibility to refresh yourself with shower.
On the 2nd floor: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms:
Master bedroom: 160 cm bed, TV
Guest bedroom: 140 BZ bed
Children's room: 1 trundle bed of 140 and 1 of 90
Fitted wardrobes, bathroom and separate WC complete this floor.
Quiet and sunny all day.
Private parking near the front door.
Local shops are 5 minutes away, the sandy beaches are 10 minutes away by car but free shuttles serve them.
Near Cannes, Antibes and Nice, come and discover the mimosa forests and swim in the lake of St Cassien.
Non-smoking apartment
Pets allowed if no damage.
