This intelligent configuration solves the biggest challenge of group travel: the competition for bathrooms or kitchen space during the morning routine. The space: The complex was carefully designed to deliver a differentiated experience, divided into two self-contained units: 1. LOFT SOL & CHARME (The Social Center) PGJyPg Accommodates up to 4 people and functions as the social heart of the group, perfectly integrating leisure and functionality.PGJyPg PGJyPg Cozy Mezzanine: Air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm Queen Size bed, wardrobe, and home office/dressing station with illuminated mirror and clothes steamer. (Access via internal staircase of 10 steps).

Living Room: Double sofa bed (140x190 cm), dining table, 50" Samsung Smart TV, books and guitar for entertainment.
Full bathroom with glass shower enclosure, hot shower, mirror and hair dryer.
Kitchen and Leisure: Full kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, Airfryer, coffee maker, blender and electric purifier (cold/natural water).
The highlight is the private balcony with charcoal barbecue, hammock, refreshing shower and attached laundry room complete with 15kg washing machine.

2. STUDIO BAMBU (The Refuge of Rest Area: Accommodates 4 more people, providing maximum silence for those who wish to sleep earlier or relax away from the hustle and bustle. Bedroom and Living Room: Queen-size bed and double sofa bed (130x190 cm) in an integrated environment with a 43" Samsung Smart TV. Blackout curtains ensure a perfect sleep at any time. Thermal comfort with air conditioning and a silent ceiling fan. Convenience: Versatile home office/dressing table counter with LED mirror and hair dryer. It also has a steamer for ironing your clothes. Fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, mini-fridge, microwave, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, and water purifier (chilled water dispenser). Full bathroom with glass shower enclosure, hot shower, and vanity with illuminated mirror. Connectivity and linens are key differentiators in both units: 800 Mbps Wi-Fi plan (with dedicated points), soft and sanitized bed linens and towels, and electric showers with pressure booster. Access and privacy: The group will have exclusive and private access to both accommodations. The property entrance is through the main street gate (with 8 steps right at the entrance), followed by a shared corridor of approximately 15 meters. The Loft is set back at the rear of the property (first floor), while the Studio Bambu is in a charming two-story building just above. Please note the physical characteristics: exclusive access to the Studio is via a private, linear staircase of 22 steps. We recommend paying attention to this detail if the group includes people with mobility restrictions or very heavy luggage. Access is via self check-in with numeric keypad locks, providing total autonomy and flexibility. Location, transport and distances: The location is privileged: You will be a few steps from transport, the square, bars and the cultural life of Santa Teresa, but with the necessary setback for a peaceful rest. The Santa Teresa Tourist Tram passes right outside (10 meters away), offering a classic and charming Rio experience through the Lapa Arches, with a connection to the city center. • Marquês de Sapucaí Sambadrome: approximately 750 meters, a short walk to the Carnival parades. • Lapa: approximately 10 minutes by car; For those who enjoy walking, it's also possible to go on foot. • Maracanã: about 15 minutes by car, with easy access to games, shows and major events. • City center and museums: about 10 to 15 minutes by car to the Museum of Tomorrow, Rio Art Museum (MAR), Museum of Modern Art (MAM) and financial center. • Flamengo Park: about 15 minutes by car, great for walking, running, outdoor recreation and sporting events.• Beaches in the South Zone: Copacabana and Ipanema are about a 20-30 minute drive away.
